Refund Policy
We want you to test ComLinker with confidence. Start with the free trial, and use this policy if a paid license does not meet your needs.
1. Overview
If you are not satisfied with ComLinker after purchasing a Standard License, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email support@comlinker.xyz with the details below so we can locate your order quickly:
- PayPal transaction ID or order reference.
- The email address used during checkout.
- A short note describing the issue or reason for the request.
3. Refund Eligibility
- The request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- You encountered a technical issue, compatibility problem, or the product does not meet your expected workflow.
- The activation code has not been misused, shared publicly, resold, or used fraudulently.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued through the original payment provider, usually PayPal, and returned to the original payment method. Payment providers may take several business days to post the refund to your account.
5. Non-Refundable Conditions
- Requests submitted after the 14-day refund window.
- Fraud, license abuse, unauthorized sharing, chargeback misuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
- Requests where required order information cannot be verified.
6. Please Test Before Buying
ComLinker includes a 14-day full-feature trial. We strongly recommend testing your TCP endpoint, virtual COM port, target Windows software, and field environment before purchasing a Standard License.
