Target Offline
Confirm the remote IP and TCP port are reachable from the Windows machine. Check firewall, VPN, VLAN, device power, and whether the remote endpoint is listening.
Port Error
Make sure no other application is using the same COM port. For TCP Server mode, confirm the selected real serial port exists and opens correctly.
Connected but no data
Check the device protocol, serial settings, cable wiring, and whether the Windows application is opening the expected COM port.
Export Diagnostics
Click Export Diagnostics before contacting support. The ZIP includes system info, connection status, configuration, logs, and a summary.
